By accessing or using SyncFast ("the Service"), operated by SyncFast ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
SyncFast connects to your Stripe and QuickBooks accounts to automatically sync payout data and create journal entries in QuickBooks. You authorize access to these accounts through secure OAuth connections. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize SyncFast to create journal entries in your QuickBooks account on your behalf. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your books and should periodically review entries created by the Service. If you disconnect your Stripe or QuickBooks OAuth connection, automatic syncing will stop immediately. Previously synced entries in QuickBooks will not be reversed or deleted by the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SyncFast and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you process through the Service.
The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Where a free trial is offered, the trial duration and conditions will be presented at signup. Payment terms and billing cycles will be presented at the time of subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. SyncFast is not a substitute for professional accounting advice. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the journal entries created in your QuickBooks account by the Service and for verifying their accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will remain accessible for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page, updating the "Last updated" date, and sending an email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California.
